Launch of AWR Lloyd LLC in Austin, Texas

AWR Lloyd is pleased to announce the establishment of a U.S. subsidiary, AWR Lloyd LLC, in Austin, Texas. With this move, the firm will be well positioned to support its Asian based clientele in accessing opportunities in the North American energy market as well as assisting North American energy companies with accessing debt, equity and strategic partnerships out of Asia. Lilly Teng has joined the firm as the founding partner of AWR Lloyd LLC, bringing with her over twenty-eight years of international energy transaction experience.  AWR Lloyd is building a team around Lilly with a wealth of expertise in oil & gas, renewables and power markets. This combined with the diversified experience of the firm’s partners and senior advisors in energy, metals, and mining will provide a unique platform of physical and financial knowledge for deal execution.
